NOTICE: Please confirm the size carefully before placing your order. We recommend using the size guide provided as a reference to ensure the perfect fit.
*Keep in mind that products are for demonstration purposes only and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
*Kindly note that in the event of ordering the wrong size or if the customer decides not to keep the product for any reason, the reverse shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We will initiate the exchange/refund process once we receive the original item. Please allow a few days for the exchange/refund to be completed.
*Furthermore, please be aware that all exchanges, refunds, or returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. After the 7-day period, our policy will be void, and we will be unable to process any further exchanges, refunds, or returns.
*Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as per our brand policy.*

At UNCURSED, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, including fast and reliable shipping. Here are some important details about our shipping policy
1st Priority Courier: Delhivery
Processing Time: After an order is placed, it will be confirmed via phone call by our team (in case of COD) and then it will be processed within 2-3 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, it may take up to 5 business days to process orders.
Shipping Time: After the processing time, your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method (1st Priority Courier), which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs issues.
TOTAL TIME WE TAKE TO DELIVER AFTER AN ORDER IS 5-9 BUSINESS DAYS
Please note that orders may experience delays during national holidays, political rallies, strikes, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable situations that hinder delivery. Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated. Thank you.
Refunds: We only offer refunds for defective products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order to request a refund. In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Kindly note that in the event of ordering the wrong size or if the customer decides not to keep the product for any reason, the reverse shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order and see the estimated delivery date.
Return
Product must be returned to us within 2 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer.
Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material,
courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
Refund
Once the Product is received to the company successfully, UNCURSED clothing will instantly initiate the
refund as store credits within 3-7 working days.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the
Payment has been made.
Shipping & Delivery Policies –
UNCURSED clothing ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through delhivery and bluedart may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which UNCURSED clothing is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as UNCURSED clothing continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, UNCURSED clothing reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
